Classes range from 60 min,
75min to 90 min long and each is beginner-friendly.					
						Come hydrated, 
drink plenty of water before class					
						Avoid food at least 2 hours
before class					
						Practice in light comfortable clothing.
It's hot!!					
						Bring a mat, LARGE towel and water
(available for hire and sale too).					
First time students please arrive 30 mins early to register
Bookings are not necessary!
Showers / Change rooms available.
						Bring only what you need to practice,
no valuables.
