YOGA FUNDAMENTALS WORKSHOP:

Practice with more strength, flexibility and freedom – our workshops are all about exploring where you can go in your practice and allow you to grow and develop the skills necessary to get there!
The workshop will be suitable to all levels and you will be guided in a safe and encouraging way – we will nurture you with transformative alignment cues and take time to ensure you all get the most from this experience.
Yoga is for life and the skills you will learn will give you the awareness for establishing proper alignment which is crucial to keep the body safe and the mind in the ‘now’ state.
The workshop will be led by Stu, Noelle and Kate.
Step-by-step guidance on the foundational postures
Learning modifications or adjustments to fit your body needs and abilities
Understanding how to have a safe and effective yoga practice
Learning how to make your yoga more powerful linking breath and movement
Plenty of opportunity to ask questions and have your poses looked at

**The room will not be heated and we would encourage you if possible to practice the 9am class beforehand**
