Proof of Vaccination Studio Procedure
Proof of Vaccination Required - Effective from 31 January 2022
With the recent Government announcement, from Monday 31 January 2022 all members and visitors to the studio will need to provide proof of double vaccination in order to attend classes.
In order to roll out these new policies, we ask for your assistance and cooperation so we can transition through these changes with ease.
WHAT TO DO
Please present either your digital or printed proof of vaccination and proof of ID when you attend your next class.
Our team will update our records, and you will not need to present this information to us again.

MEMBERSHIP / CLASS PASS / ONLINE MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS
If you are yet to be vaccinated or have not received your second dose, unfortunately, from 31 January 2022, you will not be able to attend classes at the studio.
We will gladly work with you so that your memberships / class passes are not affected. Here are your options:
Karma Pass Members
We will place your membership on an ‘open suspension’ and this will allow us to easily reactivate it once proof of vaccination has been provided / mandate polices are changed.
Annual Pass, Monthly and Class Pass Members
We will add the days that you are not able to come to the studio to the pass and alter the expiration date accordingly so that the time away is not lost. This will be done on an individual basis and we will let each of you know the new expiration date once we know you are back and we know what time was taken off.
Online Membership
If you cannot practice and choose to stay on your membership or purchase an ‘Online Class Pass’ we will have classes available for you to practice via your Mindbody login.
We will be refreshing the content so there will be new classes available and you will still be able to remain part of our community.
