I first discovered the studio back in 2016 when a friend and I went to sweat it out at a Hot Core Pilates class. After those 60 gruelling long minutes I was instantly hooked!

I was very hesitant towards yoga, to begin with, to be honest, I would avoid it. However it turned out, it was just what I needed. I was ignoring exactly what I needed most in my life! I quickly started to notice the endless amount of benefits of yoga, not just physically but most importantly mentally.

In 2018 I participated in the Sumits Vinyasa teacher training, it was the most intense, rewarding and self-discovering 200 hours of my life. Later that year I then completed my Mat Pilates teacher training, since then I have gone on to complete studies in Yin Yoga.

I am forever grateful for all that yoga continues to bring and teach me. I am honoured to be able to share all that I have learnt with students. It’s a privilege to be able to watch peoples minds and bodies grow as they dive into the world of yoga.
